Brewing the perfect cup of tea

Always use mineral or good-quality filtered water to allow the delicate character of each tea to shine. Measure by weight for the most consistent results; teaspoon measures are approximate. For a richer, stronger cup, add more leaves rather than steeping longer — this keeps flavours balanced and avoids bitterness. Always strain your tea after the optimum brewing time to avoid over steeping. Bliss, Blush and Bloom can be reused up to three steeps, relish the development if the flavour.
